I’m Shawdi Spencer. I’m a psychotherapist and I will welcome you warmly.
Together we will get to the heart of the matter. I am not an oohhhh and ahhhh therapist. I will not tell you what you want to hear. In fact, I may push back. My goal is to help you become the best version of yourself.

Let us assure you, a therapy session here is like a great chat with your good friend. Most of our clients are sent to us by referral, so our friendly style, which can occasionally include calling you out on your own behavior that might be holding you back. We want to help you work toward being your best self.

Free therapy consultation.
It all begins with a free 15-25 minute initial phone consultation.
Email or call to see if we’re a good match and if it feels right.
No commitment necessary.

Schedule Initial appointment.
Schedule your first therapy appointment. It’s formally known as the initial assessment.
I call it the getting to know you stage.
I’ll ask you simple questions to get to know you better including your: needs, goals, and desires. Essentially identifying what you would like to gain in therapy.

Individual <br> therapy.
Individual therapy begins.
We’ll figure out the day/time that works best for your unique schedule and needs.
We will meet weekly for individual therapy.
